Life Groups: 10 to 15 people who meet weekly or at least twice a month. The purpose of Life Groups is to enhance each member's spiritual life and Christian journey along with good Christian fellowship. We are in the process of building our life groups. Breaking Bread Groups: Want to meet more people in Rocky Mount UMC? Come together once a

Mops Mothers of Preschoolers: Mops mission is to celebrate motherhood. They build circles of women who love each other like family, because raising humans is a beautiful and hard, and having each other to lean on is life-giving. That's why we connect with moms all over the world to a community of woman, in their own cities, who meet together to laugh, cry, and embrace the journey of being a mom.This is motherhood, and together we can change the world in all the best ways. Meets Wednesdays 9-12 at Rocky Mount.

Tops: Tops mission is to help all members take and keep pounds off sensibly for their health and well-being. Tops provides affordable group support and information to all members to lose and control weight. Tops meets every Monday 5:45-6:15pm weigh in, 6:15-7:15pm meeting and fellowship in Room 207.
